Gruyère de la Bouche was a French-born bishop who, in the 18th Century, made more architectural changes to the Cathedral of Saint Gorboduc (Saint Fidgeta and Other Parodies; 36).


Gruyère is a hard yellow cheese, named after the town of Gruyères in Switzerland[1].
