Étienne Mougir was one of many theologians and scholars debating Saint Floradora's importance; penned the article "Seinte - Ha!" (Saint Fidgeta and Other Parodies, 82).

Étienne is the French equivalent of “Stephen”[1].  The best we could up with for mougir was mugir – the French equivalent of a cow’s moo[2].
